Electromechanical Assemblers
Complete assembly of various electro-mechanical enclosures, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies and sub-assemblies to specific design requirements utilizing assembly drawings, lists of materials, manufacturing routers and assembly aids such as photos and samples. Ensures quality is built into products and meets specifications. Will be responsible for final assembly of chassis, (both mechanical and electrical), along with rework, (includes some soldering). Maintain accurate assembly aids. Participate in a “team” environment, interfacing with Engineering and Quality Assurance. Able to work with limited supervision.
Requirements:
Required Experience: - Ability to read, write and speak English with HS diploma required
- Min. 3 years experience in Electronics and Mechanical Assembly Manufacturing
- Must have the ability to read work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc.
- Excellent Soldering, Wiring and Harness Skills a plus
- Operation of hand and pneumatic tools and measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards
Basic computer skills a plus
